7. Production process

Some complex shapes such as leather bowl and sealing ring are usually made by mould pressing. The rubber is heated and shaped in mould with the help of the mould of Yin and Yang.

8. Installation method

Put the sponge cover on the split ends, and evenly apply about 0.5mm of grease on the inner circumference. After removing the sponge sheath, apply a special adhesive to the section mold under the split. The butt split surface is pressed tightly and held for 10 to 20 seconds.
