1. Product introduction

The process flow of PU skin molding is as follows: first spray release agent on the upper and lower molds of the skin molding mold, and then spray in mold paint on the surface of the lower mold, which can be sprayed with in mold paint of different colors. Then set the mold and pour two-component polyurethane raw materials, and start the mold after curing. According to the raw material formula, the curing time is 40-180s.

3. Product principle
